Complemented by an exceptional five-course dining experience from modern Greek restaurant OPSO, this special evening will guide you through the best of Waterford’s red, white, rosé and dessert wines – including their superlative flagship wine, The Jem.

What will happen on the night?
On arrival, you will be welcomed by your hosts for the evening; Sebastian Rezek (RAKQ Director) and Libby Zietsman-Brodie (City AM’s wine columnist).
The evening will start with a welcome glass before the tasting begins. You will then be guided on a recorded tour of the farm and wine range by Waterford’s passionate and dynamic young Winemaker, Mark Le Roux.
This will be followed by a five-course meal complemented throughout by tastings of the Estate’s full range.
A vegetarian meal option is also available on the night. Please just let us know in advance of the event so this can be arranged.
