  1. 93 points | Tim Atkin MW Special South Africa Report 2025

“Made with a block of Muscat d’Alexandrie that was planted back in 1986, this is a big tasting room favourite at Thelema. Focused, exotic and pristine, with fermentation and ageing in stainless steel, it has 163 grams of residual sugar, nectarine, pawpaw and citrus zest flavours and a hint of stony reduction. 2025-29”

  2. 95 points | Platter’s Wine Guide 2026

“From heritage variety Muscat de Frontignan. 2024 partly botrytised & unwooded like 2023, fastidious handling in cellar for clean pineapple, citrus complexity. Light brush of honey on silky palate, 163.6 g/l sugar hits the literal sweet spot with lifting vibrant acidity.”
