Description
From the most Southern tip of Africa and the cool climate tip of Africa. The Cape Agulhas region with close proximity to the ocean produces wines that are elegant, mineral and natural in texture.
The 2019 Rosé is a blend of 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 67% Merlot grapes. Both portions of this blend are picked at an early stage, moderate skin contact given and only the free-run juice used with a cold fermentation technique.
