Description

This dry, full-bodied red wine is a balanced fusion of dark red berry and chocolate flavours with a soft mouth-feel and juicy, lingering finish.

39% shiraz, 16% cabernet sauvignon, 11% malbec, 11% merlot, 10% petit verdot, 7% cabernet franc and 6% pinotage. Will age well up to 5 years.

Produced on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain between the wine growing areas of Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa.

Additional information

Pair with a rack of lamb, oxtail or succulent lamb shank.
